PAYMENTS

We offer a variety of payment methods through South Africa's largest and secured payment gateway, PayFast. We are able to process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Debit, Cheque and Savings cards, Instant EFT (with SA's five biggest banks), bitcoin and even a credit facility through our partner Mobicred.

We also offer in store cash payments and a credit card facility if you prefer to come into our office in Sandton. Please note any cash deposits will require an additional cash amount to cover the deposit fee's. It is the responsibility of the customer's to ensure the total cash amount received is in full before a product is released to cover all cash deposit costs. No Cheque depsits will be accepted.

RETURNS

Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.

If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you bring the product to our office in Sandton if you are able to. Alternative you may courier the item to our office (Address Details – click here) and you will be credited or refunded for the courier costs incurred, dependant on the device being incorrect or faulty. If no fault is found you will be liable for the courier costs before the device can be returned to you.

If you are returning Goods via courier please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return.
